Charlie Hartley: Mark thanked the coaches and swimmers who participated in the meet. There were 26 teams represented. The tentative date for next season's Meet is February 23, 2019 at GCIT.
Commissioners: Rick said this was a fantastic year. There was good communication, ALL rosters were in on time, and results posted on time. Jenn reported there were very few timing protests and no full protests. Rick reminded the coaches about several new rule changes and they should read them, and keep a copy of the rules on the deck at Meets. Jenn suggested that teams encourage volunteers to join and become part of the 'team'. A question was raised about the size of teams. A discussion ensued about when two teams of disparate size compete against one another.
Finance: Elliot presented the financial report. He reported that in the 2017-18 season, League income totaled $23,282.27, while there were expenses in the amount of $23,553.93.
Budget: The proposed 2018-2019 budget does not propose to increase League Dues or Championship Fees. Elliot explained, the sources of income and anticipated expenses line by line. The budget was approved as presented.
Rules: Bert reviewed 17 proposed changes to the League Rules. One of the main changes was to change the deadline to update rosters to the Wednesday before the next meet. However, initial rosters must still be submitted 8 days prior to the first League dual meet. For the other rule changes, see the Penn Del website. The proposed Rule changes were approved as presented. Link to Rule Changes Proposal
Elections: Bert announced the nominees for President, Treasurer, Boys Commissioner and four At Large positions. The candidates were elected by acclamation.
Officials: Fred identified qualified officials trainers and League clinic teachers. He reminded everyone that Referees, Administrative Officials and Meet Manager Operators are required to attend a PennDel clinic every year. To schedule an official's clinic or class contact Fred for Referees, Bert for Administrative Officials and Jenn for Meet Manager Operators.
Championship Host Bids: Carl said he is looking for bids to host Divisional Championships, and the Distance Meet. Bids are due by September 7. When submitting a bid to host, please be mindful of the proposed dates (Super Bowl). The members discussed timely identification of Meet volunteers to the host.
Scheduling: The proposed Divisions were posted. Requests for changes or special requests are due to Erik by July 15. Dual Meet schedules will be posted by September 1. Warmup times are due by September 15. The Fall meeting is September 22. Initial rosters are due November 2, unless by agreement, a dual Meet is scheduled before November 10. Roster additions are due by the Wednesday prior to the meet (rule change). The Distance Meet will be February 22.

The Pennsylvania East, Central and West District Meets will be March 8-10, 2019 and the State Championship will be March 22-24, 2019. There are no changes to the YMCA PA District qualifying times for 2019
The meeting was adjourned at 11:35 am.
