Meet Paperwork for Scorer's Table

  • Athlete Roster report
    • This is the report of swimmers that are on the rosters that are on the league website and should be printed PRIOR to importing meet entries; one report for each team

  • Entry list report
    • After importing entries, print this report for each team

  • Session Report
    • After importing entries and combining heats/events, go to Events > Sessions and double click on Session 1.
    • Change the start time to the start time of the meet - do NOT change anything else
    • Click OK and then run the Session report for session 1 only
    • Note the Finish Time indicated on the report
    • Go back to Events > Sessions and double click on Session 2
    • Change the start time to 3 minutes after the Finish Time of Session 1
    • Click OK and then run the Session report for both sessions
    • Keep a copy at the table and provide a copy to the referee if he/she asks

  • Exceptions reports

  • Meet Program (final version)

  • Score sheets from every event
    • Ensure it includes score for that age group through that event printed on the bottom

  • Results (with score)

The following should be available in abundance at the table and all completed forms should be retained with the meet paperwork after the meet is complete:

  • DQ slips
  • 500 lap counter
  • Relay takeoff cards
  • Change/scratch cards
